Returns Policy

Hopefully you won’t need to return an item of your order, if you do, we’re here to help.

Please have your invoice number to hand so we can deal with your request.

Cancelling prior to delivery.

We will do our upmost to cancel your order, however, once dispatched, this is out of our control therefore the delivery will be made. If this is the case follow the steps below:
Incorrectly ordered/no longer required
If you the customer no longer require, or have incorrectly ordered the goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, quoting the invoice number purchased on.
Items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
We will refund the goods excluding the shipping costs within 7 days.
You will need to return the goods to ourselves at the address below.

Incorrectly sent goods

If we have supplied incorrectly please notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery quoting invoice number, so we can instruct our carrier on a suitable time to collect.

Goods delivered damaged

If the goods delivered have been damaged in transit in any way please ensure that when signing, the courier’s delivery note is signed damaged, open, missing, etc.
Please ensure to contact us within 48 hours, quoting your invoice number. This will enable us to make a claim with the courier.
Notifications over 48 hours leave us unable to get recompensed from them, which may incur additional costs to you.

For all returns a number will be issued by us, after we have received your request.
Please note, no returns will be processed without prior authorization.
For all returns this address must be shown on the outside of the packaging.

Faulty goods

If a product develops a fault within the manufactures warranty period more than one option may be available to you.

Option 1.

Each manufacturer’s warranty differs from one another; please check our warranty tab at the bottom of the page, for details on period and policies. I.e. some manufacturers may collect from you. Other`s have warranty agents throughout the country, which you will be able to drop them into. Please note you will need to prove your date of purchase with a copy invoice.

Option 2.

Contact us for validation. Manufacturer’s T’s & C’s will apply (misuse will not be included under warranty). We do warranty work for a number of manufactures i.e. Makita, Metabo, Hitachi, Stihl and Viking. These brands can be dealt with in our onsite workshop. You will need to return the product to us at your expense. Please note there will be a return carriage charge. Please provide copy invoice with your enquiry, this only applies to purchases made from ourselves.
