Just what I wanted to replace an identical product which had been used for about 8 years and which had jammed solid. The new reel works like a dream and makes watering at some distance from the tap much easier. Thank you for your fast response.
Only reason for not giving 5* is that the delivery was made to the wrong house and it took me a while to locate it.

After years of tripping over our garden hose and messing about getting it tidy I am wondering why we never got one of these before!! It is so easy to put the hose away and it makes using it so much easier. Delivery was excellent and the price was the best we found. Would definitely recommend the product and the business. Thanks. Lynn

I bought two of these one for my son and the other for myself. My son absolutely loves it. I have used mine a couple of times now it’s great. Would tell any gardener to buy this product and they won’t regret it.

As I get older, hosepipes become more difficult to use. Having one that retracts has made life simpler and watering is a pleasure rather than a chore

All good, 1000 times better than rolling out 40m on an old manual reel. My wife doesn't need my help anymore! Shame we're about to get a hosepipe ban though!

Recommended to us by a friend and has not disappointed. There may be other makes but Hozelock is a make we have grown to trust and use over the years.
The reel pulls out and retracts with ease once the easy install has been completed.
Very pleased.
Especially with Alan Wadkins. They went the extra mile keeping us informed and accommodating a delayed delivery at our request.
Happy? Yes!

very quick delivery, but unfortunately the reel turned out to be faulty. As there wasn't another in stock, they arranged for a replacement to be sent direct from the manufacturer, which works perfectly. all in all, very happy with the service

Unfortunately the hose was kinked at the base and the ratchet system was not able to provide sufficient stability

The hose reel had a manufacturing fault.
Aidan at Alan Wadkins The Toolstore went above and beyond to quickly resolve this with a replacement. The new hose reel is fine and I would highly recommend The Toolstore and this hose reel.

Sadly the hose was faulty and had a hole in it so I had to return. Was happy to leave a review though as customer service in dealing with the issue was excellent and I got my refund very promptly, would have no hesitation to purchase here again.....

I am very please with "Hozelock Auto reel" I recently bought from Alan Wadkins Tool Store.
Although the price was not the cheapest online it was a good value as compare to various other suppliers online.
However, the thing that really impressed me is the after sale service "Alan Wadkins Tool Store" provided. I was constantly informed about the progress of my order, given the time of delivery, etc.. so say so done.
I will confidently order products from Alan Wadkins Tool Store" again. Thank you.

Hozelock Auto reel retractable hose fittings 2490, 2590, 2595 Option: 40 metre
Opted for the 40m hose and delighted with the product. The hose is easy to extend and retracts wonderfully with no hitches. Great product.

Hozelock Auto reel 40mtr with hose and fittings 2595 Option: 40M
Excellent hose reel for the larger garden. Very well made and thought out.\nEasy to fit, yet substantial wall fitting, and simple to pull out, even to its maximum length. Rewinding is a dream. Just walk slowly back to the unit, and the automatic return system not only gently pulls in the hose but also winds it evenly back onto the reel. Brilliant.

Hozelock Auto reel with hose and fittings 2490 Option: 20M
The Hoselock is an excellent addition to my gardening tools. It takes the stress it of watering. No more having to unwind and windup the the normal hose.
