Excellent product and easy to use. Has transformed my cutting experience. Everything is less effort faster and of course no cord to cut. The retailer however was a letdown. The package arrived opened and when I challenged this the staff refused to accept my word and were rude. I have severakl more purchase to make but not sure I will use them again.
