Please note Orders placed after 3pm December 23rd will not be delivered until Tuesday 30th December. Orders placed after 3pm on Tuesday 30th will not be delivered until MONDAY 5th January.

Please note that deliveries which come via dpd will require a pin code before the parcel will be delivered. This will come via the email or mobile number left on you order.

Free Next Day Delivery on orders over £75.00 including vat to UK Mainland. Please note there maybe extra charges to the follow postcodes KW,IV, AB, PH, PS, DD, BT, HS and some PO postcodes

Orders between £30.00-£74.99, a carriage charge of £6.49 will be charged to UK Mainland. Please note there maybe extra charges to the follow postcodes KW,IV, AB, PH, PS, DD, BT, HS and some PO postcodes.

Please Note, every effort will be made to achieve delivery dates but we will not be held liable for any loss, direct or consequential arising from delay by us, our suppliers or couriers.

Cancelling prior to delivery.

We will do our upmost to cancel your order, however, once dispatched, this is out of our control therefore the delivery will be made. If this is the case follow the steps below:
Incorrectly ordered/no longer required
If you the customer no longer require, or have incorrectly ordered the goods, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, quoting the invoice number purchased on.
Items must be in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
We will refund the goods excluding the shipping costs within 7 days.
You will need to return the goods to ourselves at the address below.

For Goods not in stock

These may be shipped by us at a later date, we will keep you informed via email of the status of your order and when you should expect to receive it. You will of course have the option to amend or cancel. We may, however, instruct our supplier to ship to you directly; again we will keep you informed.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order as all deliveries must be signed for, goods will not be left without a signature.
Site deliveries are possible, in the interests of fraud protection your first order must be delivered to the cardholders address.

If an attempted delivery takes place, a card will be left for you to contact the courier at your local depot to arrange collection or redelivery.
Continual delivery attempt failures may incur an additional charge; it may result in your order being shipped back to us, in which case we reserve the right to charge extra redirected or returned delivery costs where applicable.
